Enter Your Tracking ID
Your tracking ID was sent via Email the moment your order was dispatched. It begins with FRMV followed by six digits.
Tracking data is synced directly with Delhivery and BlueDart carrier systems.
Your Order Journey
Every Formiva order passes through five clearly defined stages from the moment you place it to the moment it arrives at your door. Understanding this journey helps you know exactly where your piece is and what to expect next.
Order Confirmed
Your order is received and queued in our production system. You receive an immediate Email confirmation with your Order ID.
In Production
Your piece enters our print queue. Depending on size and complexity, printing takes 4–18 hours at the specified layer height and infill settings.
Quality Inspection & Packaging
Our team conducts a visual quality check against your order specification. The piece is then wrapped in protective material and placed in a custom foam-cut insert.
Dispatched
Your package is handed to our courier partner (Delhivery or BlueDart). You receive an Email with your tracking ID and a direct tracking link.
Out for Delivery
Your package is with the local delivery agent. Most courier partners send an SMS or call before the final delivery attempt.
Understanding Your Tracking ID
Your Formiva tracking ID (beginning with FRMV) is an internal reference that maps to your carrier's AWB (Air Waybill) number. Once dispatched, you will also receive the carrier's native tracking number separately, which you can use directly on the Delhivery or BlueDart website for granular real-time updates including GPS location of the delivery vehicle in metro areas.
Delivery Attempt Policy
Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts at your registered address across three separate business days. Before the first attempt, the local delivery agent typically calls your registered mobile number to confirm availability. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, the package is returned to our studio after 5 days at the collection hub.
In the event of a failed delivery, please contact us immediately via Email. We will coordinate with the courier to arrange re-delivery or a convenient collection point. Re-shipping charges will apply for packages returned due to incorrect address or unavailability.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad): 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Tier 2 Cities (Jaipur, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Surat, Nagpur): 4–6 business days after dispatch.
- Tier 3 & Remote Locations: 6–9 business days after dispatch.
These estimates begin from the dispatch date, not the order date. Please add 3–5 business days for production time before dispatch. Total end-to-end time is typically 7–14 business days.

Check your Email inbox — search for “dispatched” or “tracking”. Also check your registered email inbox and spam folder. If you still cannot locate it, email us at support@formivastudio.com with your Order ID and full name and we will retrieve it immediately.
