Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Formiva Studio website, browsing our product catalogue, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of India. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone else who accesses or uses our website. They govern your relationship with Formiva Studio in its entirety.

Orders, Pricing & Payments

• All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
• Payment is required in full at the time of placing an order. We do not offer credit or deferred payment.
• We accept payments via Razorpay, which supports UPI, NEFT, IMPS, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Digital Wallets.
• Formiva Studio reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability of filament, or fraud prevention. A full refund will be issued immediately in such cases.
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, production has begun and cancellation is not possible.
• Promotional prices, discount codes, and sale offers are valid only for the specified duration and cannot be retroactively applied.

Intellectual Property

All designs, 3D models, product photography, graphic assets, written content, branding elements, and the overall trade dress of the Formiva Studio website are the exclusive intellectual property of Formiva Studio. This includes, but is not limited to, all parametric wall sculpture designs, geometric clock faces, and custom lithophane processes we have developed.

Reproduction, redistribution, reverse-engineering, copying, or derivative use of any Formiva Studio design — in physical or digital form — without prior written consent from Formiva Studio is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal legal action under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and the Designs Act, 2000.

Prohibited Uses

• Using our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Submitting false, fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate orders to manipulate our system.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, servers, or database.
• Engaging in data scraping, automated crawling, or bulk data extraction of our product catalogue or pricing.
• Impersonating Formiva Studio, its employees, or its representatives in any communication.
• Reselling Formiva Studio products without our explicit written permission.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of Formiva Studio's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India. We strongly encourage direct resolution of any disputes through our customer support channels before pursuing legal remedies.

Changes to These Terms

Formiva Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
