Formiva Studio ships handcrafted 3D decor safely across every major city, town, and district in India. We have carefully selected our courier partners — Delhivery and BlueDart — for their consistent performance, damage-rate track record, and real-time tracking infrastructure. Whether you are in Gurugram or a small town in Rajasthan, your piece will arrive in perfect condition.
Because every piece is 3D printed fresh upon receiving your order, please factor in production time alongside shipping time. We begin printing within 2–4 hours of order confirmation during business days.

Shipping Charges
- Free Standard Shipping is automatically applied to all orders above ₹1,999. No coupon code required.
- Flat ₹99 fee applies to orders below ₹1,999, calculated and displayed transparently at checkout.
- Express Shipping is available on select products and high-priority orders — contact us on WhatsApp to arrange faster dispatch.
- Bulk & Commercial Orders above a certain weight threshold may attract additional shipping charges; you will be notified before payment.

Live Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you receive a WhatsApp message from us containing your courier tracking ID and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also track your order any time on our Track Order page. We monitor all active shipments daily and proactively reach out if we detect any delay or delivery exception.
Delivery Attempt Policy
Our courier partners attempt delivery up to 3 times at your registered address. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, the package is returned to our studio. In such cases, please contact us within 5 days to arrange a re-dispatch; re-shipping charges will apply. Please ensure your address and phone number are entered accurately at checkout.
Damaged During Transit?
In the unlikely event that your package arrives visibly damaged, please document the condition with photographs before opening, then open it on video. Share both with us via Email within 48 hours. We will file a claim with the courier and send you a replacement immediately — you will not be asked to return the damaged item.
